Step 1

Prepare your documents

When your document is ready to be proofed, just attach it in the Contact Form that you will find at the end of this page.
You can also send your files to my email address nevena@eyespyproofread.com.
Please do not forget to state the deadline for its services.

Step 2

Are your documents too big?

If your document or file is too large, you are free to send it via Dropbox -- all you need to do is to enter nevena@eyespyproofread.com email address and click the "share" button, or click the "copy link" button to share the document if you do not use Dropbox.

Step 3

Get your rates

After eyespyproofread.com has received your document, it will set the price according to the number of pages of your document and then multiply it by the rate that applies to you. In its email back, eyespyproofread.com will state the number of pages, the rates, and confirm the deadline. Prices are set according to the length of your document, not hourly. A standard for a page is 250 words.

Step 4

and Pay

If you agree on the price and terms, eyespyproofread.com will send you the payment request link to cover 50% of the established price to start working on your files.
Once we finish the job, we will send you the final file and the second link to cover the 50% left. The rest of the amount must be paid in the next 3 days after we have delivered the job.

After this, eyespyproofread.com will start working on your documents.

Our Tools

Eyespyproofread.com proofreads documents by using several tools, but it mostly uses Microsoft Word and its "track changes" feature. This function allows it to make changes to your document, and a client to follow the changes afterwards easily. Eyespyproofread.com's clients are free to accept some or all of the changes suggested by its service. Corrections, suggestions, and comments are shown in the right-hand margin and are easy to accept into your document.

Google Docs or PDF files

Eyespyproofread.com is happy to make changes in your documents by using Google Docs with suggestions, or PDF files with comments. However, Microsoft Word has proven to be the most convenient solution for both sides, but if you need your changes to be done in any of these two programs, eyespyproofread.com will be more than willing to meet your requirements.

Eyespyproofread.com uses The Chicago Manual of Style, 17th Edition, the Merriam-Webster Collegiate Dictionary, 11th Edition, and the Merriam-Webster Unabridged Dictionary to provide its services. Also, in terms of style guides, eyespyproofread.com primarily focuses on using the Chicago Manual of Style, but if a client or an organization has its own in-house style guide that provides consistency in usage and is easier for them to follow, eyespyproofread.com is more than thrilled to apply it too.
